lan a home search and find the best home possible in your price range, and preview homes based on your needs such as:
          Location (schools, shopping, access to freeway, parks & recreation, etc.)
          Area/City
          Desired approximate home square footage
          Floor plan layout: Single level/ 2 storey home/ condo or townhome
          Age of home/ Home Built: new or resale home
          # of Bedrooms
          # of Baths
          Living Room and/ or Family Room 
          Formal Dining and/ or eat-in kitchen
          Garage size

          Open homes

          Prepare Buyer Costs Sheet for your reference

ssist you with making an offer. Comparable homes report will be presented to you as a  guide in making the offer. Keep in mind, however; that making an offer is a matter of give and take part of the transaction, called the negotiation part.
Work with a qualified Home Inspector of your choice, or recommend one to you to ensure the home you're buying is in good condition.
K
eep you informed throughout the buying process for a smooth closing. Will keep constant communication with your lender to make sure the loan is moving forward. Coordinate the closing with the other agent, lender, inspector, appraiser, escrow/ title company, home warranty company, homeowners insurance company, and others who may be in the transaction.
Do a final walk-thru with you.
Hand the keys over to you after close of escrow.
